If you’re just here to see the snow and want to get a bit higher, the scenic chairlift ride up Turoa’s Parklane chairlift will take you up to the Snowflake Cafe, enjoy the volcanic terrain and waterfalls along the way!

When we came to Turoa Ski Field and walked up the steps, it began to snow a little. It sure was nice! We put our hands out to see if we could catch any and delighted in the fact that it was the first time we were experiencing snowfall! It was also the kids first time up the mount and their first touching and feeling the snow. It was great just being there!
